Money Mart

First-timer - I was very impressed with the customer service skills of the associate who dealt with me. It was fast, simple, and everything was explained clearly to me. Considering the added stress of dealing with money, the excellent customer service was greatly appreciated.

The staff was very attentive and catered to my needs. Fantastic customer service!!

Any one who walks through the door and hasn’t been in there before won’t see or get informed there will be a line you have to waitHad to deal with a lady with the WORST attitude before I walked out The worker didn’t say anything or even acknowledge me he just ignored meI will NEVER be back to this immature, non professional location again…

Initially, I had difficulty with the Western Union app because it wasn't processing my wire transfer.. I sent out an email and never heard anything back.. so I went in to Money Mart and Sunny had helped process my transaction. I have to say, customer service is something that is hard to come by, but I found it lol Sunny was very personable and helpful. He answered all of my questions, and everything was communicated well.Thank you!

I've always had a great experience at this location. The staff is very friendly and professional with the customers. I usually do my business with a gentleman named Brock, and he always makes the transactions go quick and smooth.

This is my first time ever coming to this branch to send money and I’m glad I did! The gentlemen That served me was named Ali. he was extremely polite and quick at his job. Throughout the transaction, I was in and out in the matter of 5 minute and it made sending money to my family really easy! Most of the time when I go to other western union locations, the staff are rude or they just do not know what they are doing. I’m glad I stubbled upon money mart I will be coming back in the future!

Not meant for the Guelph location but for MoneyMart online services. I was approved for a loan in which they were supposed to send via eTransfer. 5 days pass and still have not received the code to accept the loan. I call them and was on hold for 2 hours and was 2nd in queue. And then they said there was no one available to help me and the call hung up. I texted support, and “Taylor” has the absolute slowest replies and did not answer any of my questions clearly. Turns out they cancelled the loan without telling me, and is not telling me why. I asked if I resubmitted for a loan if they would do a second hard check on my credit and still no answer. Absolutely horrible customer service. 1 star is not low enough. Terrible.

Fantastic service! 10/10! I was experincing a time sensitive issue with a transaction with Western Union, that Cash money claimed they were unable to help me with so I went to Money Mart, Sunny helped me sort everything out so quickly! He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and seemed to really care about my issue. Thank you so much Sunny, you are the best. I recommend Money Mart on Silvercreek in Guelph, if you have to do anything with Western Union.

It was my first time visiting money mart and I was very impressed with Cristine for providing an excellent customer service with a smile. She goes above and beyond. Thank you Cristine for helping me out.
