The one who wrote the negative review about Dr Troung, let me ask you, you never, ever had any mistake in your life? Dr Troung, I am with you. Thanks for saving my husband's life. Dr. Truong treated my mom and was kind compassionate. He's a busy guy, but is clear, concise and knowledgeable. My mom was in distress and he made sure that she received first-rate treatment.

Excellent staff especially, Angela. The speed of the train is the speed of the Engine, Dr. Vu Truong is qualified and caring, and goes out of way while treating my Dad who is 96 years old. God bless him and his team. ❤

His support staff are all very pleasant but he is totally unaccountable and irresponsible with his actions. I had an examination performed by Dr. Truong to check for any urological issues but he did not numb my genitalia prior to the procedure nor check to see that I had been numbed! It was the most painful sensation that I had ever experienced in my life, I would not even wish it upon my worst enemy! Never again. No thanks, bye.

Clean floor. Waiting area with chairs, table, and magazines provided. Dr. Truong is very nice, friendly, helpful, and patient as well as the receptionist. Waiting time is a bit long. Public restroom is available by request the key. Free parking lot available (first 2 hours are free). Metrotown shopping center is just located next to it. Overall personal experience is great.
