Cross Creek Cattery

Leanne and Steve always take great care of my cats. Having a cat with diabetes can be challenging to get out and I always feel so comfortable knowing my boy is taken care of. I would recommend this place they are incredibly friendly and accommodating.

We have been bringing our cat here for 5 years - leaving her for 10 days to 25 days. The staff is amazing, the place is spotless and she is very well cared for. Lots of windows for bird watching, time to play and large cages with various ledges for dangling. They know the cats and all their quirks and issues. Very grateful that we don't have to worry about her while we are enjoying our trips.

Lianne and Steve care. Like, actually care - there are no falsities when it comes to the nurturing and love they feel towards their furry guests. My sweet Hugh is a really shy and skittish cat. He doesn't adjust well to certain situations, but it was evident that Lianne and Steve cared about his well being; they put up with my check-in calls, they ensured his comfort by selecting him a kennel that was higher up and a tad bit away from other cats, and they followed up with me and wanted to see how Hugh was doing back at home.They are prompt, professional, and above all, they are compassionate people who truly understand humans and their most precious companions.I couldn't recommend Cross Creek more

The folks at Cross Creek Cattery are great! They are well-versed in taking care of cats and are accommodating to your cats' needs. I also really liked that the place is always kept clean and orderly.The cattery is a two-floored building completely dedicated to the cats. It sits beside the owners' home, so your pet will be under constant care. It is also in an area that is surrounded by vast fields, which make for some nice views for the kitties.

Lovely environment, very quiet, very calming for kitties. Large rooms, bright and clean. My baby didn't seem stressed at all when we picked her up. She was able to eat properly. Staff are dedicated and professional. They take notes about ur cat and are able to reply to your questions on Facebook within a couple of hours. It's a good cattery that's worth recommendation.

Cross Creek looked after my disabled cat, Bill, a while back, and I really couldn't have been happier with the care he received. I was anxious about leaving him at home in the care of a pet-sitter with my other cats because of his special needs, so I decided to board him at Cross Creek. They were very sensitive to his quirks and really went the extra mile to make sure he was comfortable. They even sent me email updates to reassure me he was doing OK, and posted pictures on their FB page. Wonderful folks - I wouldn't hesitate to leave Bill in their care again.

Amazing quality of care! As owners of a diabetic cat, its really hard for us to ever get away. I am so thankful for cross creek cattery. They took amazing care of our fur baby, and the area is large and very clean. Staff is friendly, and even sent me pictures while we were away. I am so greatful we found someone who takes such good care of our kitty, especially with insulin injections. We can't wait to come back!

The staff and owners are great! They are extremely nice and accommodating. They run a clean and safe cattery and I trust them completely with my kitty. I feel like my cat would give this place five stars too, seeing as she never wants to come home with me when I pick her up. :)

Nice people, nice boarding facility but I wish there was a little more room in each personal 2- level 'kennel' area, however they're allowed to roam in the larger common space so there's that.This was our 2nd time boarding with them. Cat only boarding makes it much more habitable than a vet boarding facility that includes dogs. Our ginger requires an inhaler 2x daily which was no problem for the owners. $20/day +$6 for medication in Nov 2021. Very reasonable imo. Definitely recommended.
