It is not too bad, but certainly has lots of problems. Things are not run smoothly. The admin staff don't know everything. For example you may ask about about how to view the fee you owe them on their website, and you'll get I don't know how BearTracks works".Even if you go to the office in person you will be asked to send an email. There is this attitude in International House that if something is not exactly in someone's job description (even though logically it should be) they just shrug their shoulders. I moved from one room to another
