Clean and inviting shopping experience. Meat and fish are fresh and the bakery is over the top! They have an amazing array of cheese - both local and imported. Staff are very helpful - the delicatessen lady saw me struggling to open a plastic bag - stepped around and showed me a no fail" technique!"

Shhhhh.. Metro is my secret getaway. This location is like the Buckingham Palace of grocery stores! So clean and organized, I feel like royalty as I meander along the aisles in search of the latest treats and goodies. Shhhh.., my vice, the LCBO aisle, beckons me to visit the lavish bottles of vino containing the sweet nectar of the gods.

I have shopped here several times. The produce has always looked good. They have a very good selection of seafood, fresh as well as frozen. The meats section has quite the variety, I have been lucky enough to get chicken or turkey backs for my dogs at a very good price. I could use them for soup too! The workers have been professional and I like that. Shopping shortly after they open seems to be the best time for shopping during the week.

Clean store, sure, but not a lot of deals and ghe quality was.... not great. Bag of burger buns purchased, only to discover that night that they were green and fuzzy with mold. Over priced, especially with the wilty produce and moldy bread. The staff was great though.

I really like how different sections are organized in the store. I went to buy a cake, it was tasty and fresh, though there was no attendant on the counter for 5 mins. The connectivity to this store is good.
