I just got an amazing experience with this shop and especially costumer service.Even when they sell broken and licking vapes you actually can’t get money back or any kind of service.I wish that no one will ever go to this shop and use professional vape stores with warranty and people who actually know the product.-10 for HZ vape shop. It was an excellent store, excellent customer service by Riaz however, it should be noted that there is no exchanges or refunds unless the device is defective. I was informed by the store rep Riaz if the device was defective they can make an exception. Overall, I am now a satisfied customer, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Riaz. They informed me that if the package remained unopened and in a sellable condition, a full refund could be granted within 14 days.
