I made an appointment for my 12 months old daughter. There was no wait with an appointment. Everyone was so pleasant and so patient with my daughter! They have lots of experience drawing blood from children and babies. I would recommend this location for pediatric bloodwork!

Front desk staff needs to learn customer service. I came to this lab today a little bit after 8am. Front desk lady was very unpleasant, she was screaming on people. Also, she provided misleading information to different walk-in patients. To some, she said that wait time will be longer and to others, that it will be quick… Not a nice start of the day.

I've been coming here for years. Only out of convenience but I'll be going out of my way going forward. They are forgetful about completing requisitions, don't follow up and the environment has been chaotic. Zero faith/trust left. Today is my last visit.

Don’t do check in ahead if you still have to wait in a big line. No one is managing this clinic. It is a free for all. Zero point booking ahead as you’ll be waiting in line irrespective of appt time. 1/2 these people are off the street. Clown show.

Because this lab is open on Saturdays, it can get quite busy. Today was short staffed and a one hour wait (at least).It's strongly recommended to book an appointment time to avoid the line-up.Despite it being a little harried, the staff were friendly and efficient.

Clean space with atleast 5 small separate cabins to test the blood. Make sure you take an appointment on either phone or online ,rather than walk ins as it will be quick and easy and its free as well. Don't forget to bring the printout of the requisition form that your doctor sent you and all the personal information should be prefilled before you enter inside the lab at the counter. You also have an option to email the PDF requisition form you received from your doctor, and make sure it's only in PDF format other than this no other format will be accepted, and you will be not attended. So if you need to save some time atleast follow these information and you will good to go.You will get road site parking which is free on weekends and you cant park between specific timing on weekdays but mostly that is morning between 7am to 9am but please don't quote me on that i am not sure about the time. If you are really worried about parking then you can do 2 things . Drive there and see by yourself before you book appointment or else book it on weekend and you are good to drive there and park. Make sure there is one fire hydrant near to the lab and that space will be empty so don't just blindly park and go look around and keep in mind about the 5 meters.

Booked online... Showed up and announced myself a little bit before my scheduled appointment was taken Right in taking care of right away and I was out of there in no time. Super friendly staff!!!!

Had a great experience at this Life Labs. Staff was friendly and quick to get me in/out without an appointment. Definitely less hectic than other Life labs I've been in the past.

I had a great experience at this clinic. I was a walk-in; it was early Friday afternoon the wait time was about 30mins. My blood technician was Betsy. Thank you, Betsy, you knew the correct amount of pressure to use for the tourniquet there was no pain, no pinching, no squeezing on the vein and no blood on the gauze pad. Lifelabs should promote you to train new blood technician the correct way to draw blood.Get Outlook for Android
