Visited the South Trail Crossing location on June 21st to purchase just a couple of things, the sales associate named 'Meena' working at the cash register didn't even bother saying hello back or even looking at me, just said Whenever it's ready

Donna deserves an amazing review, she immediately came to help us out and suggested amazing products for my sisters bridal look. She did an amazing job with colour matching all of her facial products and had her feeling even more excited for her wedding after we left. We did a trial with the products that afternoon and she has never been happier with her makeup. Thank you so much Donna!!

I had a full face of makeup done by Alexxa for a photoshoot and it was exactly what I was going for! I feel like she really took her time to pick the best products, teach me about the application and was very thorough and wasn’t worried about what time it was, she just wanted to make sure I looked great! She was also very kind and personable and I would highly recommend her!

The older blonde lady was beyond me the WORST. I came half an hour before the store closed with my mother of color . Out of the 5 people there, she followed us with another employee. 20 min before close told us that the store was closing in 10. As someone who works in retail, this was truly awful. All my mom wanted was my help, but she quickly felt uncomfortable by this woman staring right at her the entire time. I felt like we needed to flash our credit cards at her to at least feel a little bit respected.

This 130th location is by far my least favorite to visit. Any other Sephora you’re greeted and asked by multiple employees if you need help finding anything. This location is the opposite. Half n hour and not one employee asked if I needed any help and I actually did need the help today.When I went to checkout I was asked my phone number for my account. I said I didn’t know what number was used for the account. I pulled out my VIB card and was told rudely they no longer use the cards and my phone number was needed.I think the employees at this location need some training on customer service.

Had a beauty lesson with Princess and she was phenomenal. I am an absolute newbie to makeup, and she listening to my wants and needs, my time, my ability, and my budget, and found an easy, polished look for me. I really appreciated her sunny attitude and fantastic knowledge and customer service!

We did a makeup trial here for my niece's grad makeup and had the BEST time! Princess was absolutely phenomenal... her friendly demeanor took away any nerves and we loved the look she created! She made sure to explain everything she was doing and she was super chill about our group hovering and recording her techniques to replicate later. I really can't say enough good things about Princess - we adored her! After the makeup session was complete, she helped us pick out products and we never felt pressured for sales.
