Vick should be the store manager. He conducts himself with great ease. He is casual yet very knowledgeable. Vik understands the basic principles of customer service. Sadly most people in retail have no idea what customer service is. Most people in retail, shrug their shoulders, roll their eyes or draw a blank face. Personally, I am sick of it. I want more Vick's! This guy is the real deal..

Tool Rental at The Home Depot
Ok so there generators have screwed me over twice now by not working plus the first rental the tire blew on there van and there is NO TOOL TO LOWER THE SPARE TIRE. So after waiting 3 hrs to deal with there towe company that hung up on me twice was crazy they said you're next rental is on us. We'll nope show up and they charge me half I had an event aan event and didint have time to argue. Well once again the genrators didint work so when I came back they were extremely rude to me and charged me full price for van so a huge corporation made 150$ of me and I'm a small buisness lost out 1500$ this type of practice needs to stop

Tool Rental at The Home Depot
I was suggested to use a white pad for sanding with a square buff, only later to find out red should have been used. Left a ton of imperfections only seen after I applied a oil finish.
