Dr William Mirchoff

Dr. Mirchoff is an amazing doctor! I have been to him twice for minor surgical procedures and his upbeat personality and kindness makes the whole process enjoyable. I never knew going to the podiatrist could be so fun! I can't say enough good things about him. His receptionist is so sweet too.

There is no voice-mail option and a note on the door saying you have to phone to make an appointment, which of course is not possible if the staff, Shelly doesn't pick up the phone. I must have spent 3 hours of last week and this week phoning, waiting. When I showed up to explain I wanted to make an appointment she shooed me away in no uncertain terms, told me to phone and make an appointment. Doctor is good if you can get an appointment that is.

Easy to book. Receptionist very friendly and helpful with a positive attitude. Dr. Mirchoff was only marginally helpful. He is obviously very knowledgeable regarding feet and foot issues. He talked the entire time, often about himself and his experience or qualification. It was difficult to get in a question or two. He is friendly but not particularly empathetic and thus bedside manner leaves something to be desired. Was it helpful at all? Not really. he confirmed my self-diagnosis and re-enforced some of the things I was already doing. I wouldn't refer him to any of my friends or family.

From my first interaction with the clinic, Shelley (front desk / assistant) was absolutely incredible. She fit me in very last minute after having spent 7 hours in emerg only to have the doc there cause more issues and pain with my severely infected ingrown toenail (he didn’t fix the nail at all, just cut my toe up to relieve pressure). Dr. Mirchoff was super friendly, informative, professional and did an amazing job settling my nerves and fixing my toe permanently. Between Shelley and Dr.Mirchoff, my experience was incredible. Highly recommend :)

I've been Dr. Mirchoff patient for many years.. He is an amazing foot doctor. As well as Shelley, she is amazing secretary. If you phone and say you can't make it or u have forgot or u were running few minutes late, she will find u another appt, or if u phone and say you will be there in 5 min that is fine.All I can say from reading other ppls review, is that IF YOU CAN'T SAY ANYTHING NICE, DON'T SAY ANYTHING AT ALL...I was brought up on this saying...

Six months ago I had an appointment with Dr. William Mirchoff. Which put me through two months s of excruciating pain.  When I called first time receptionist Shelley Shaw was incredibly rude, but I did not pay attention to this fact. I booked an appointment because I liked the Doctor's philosophy.PLEASE, TRY TO FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR. Incredibly unprofessional, but good businessmen.Dear Dr. William Mirchoff I really want to remind you the information from your website because I believe you forgot about it.My Philosophy:I believe that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. That is why my focus has slowly changed from surgery to biomechanics over nearly 30 years of practice. My job is to help my patients with almost any foot problem

I am sharing my mom’s recent experience with Dr Mirchoff.While clipping her toenails he cut the the skin on numerous toes and then applied rubbing alcohol to cuts with a q-tip. He said if the cuts became infected to come back.Dr Mirchoffs’ bedside manner was condescending, uncompassionate, and arrogant.She would not recommend his service.

I called this morning to make an appointment and the receptionist was incredibly rude. When I asked to make an appointment for my son, she gave me a couple of options and I said let me check my work schedule. She said, with a tone that said to me that she was bothered by that, you're calling without checking your schedule first? I am a shift worker, so therefore need to check availability before committing to an appointment. A couple of minutes of her patients would have been appreciated.
