THOMAS DUNCAN CONSTRUCTION

Thomas recently renovated three bathrooms for us, replacing tiling on floor and surround and installing new toilets and tub. In one of these bathrooms he put in a walk in shower, reframing one corner and installing new studs... We were extremely pleased by the job Thomas did for us. He is hardworking and very meticulous... We anticipated things would be a bit messy during the project, maybe a thin layer of dust throughout the main floor. Not so. You hear his trusty vacuum running frequently during the day. He keeps on top of things… He shows a lot of initiative and is resourceful as he encounters unanticipated problems. Ours is an older house so he spotted some issues relating to vapour barriers and insulation that he was able to resolve. Not only do we now have beautiful bathrooms but we also have a warmer house! … Most importantly Thomas is easy to work with. He is unobtrusive, friendly and listens respectfully when you express preferences. Bottom line: We are very pleased with the final result and would highly recommend Thomas if you are considering a renovation in your home.

We used Thomas Duncan Construction for our basement remodel. Thomas has an eye for detail, is meticulous, honest, and genuinely cares about ensuring his client is happy with the work. We intend to use him in the future for more projects and would certainly recommend him for home renovation projects.

Thomas and Julia finished our entire basement including installing a bathroom with shower, re-routing some plumbing, framing, drywall, flooring etc. Helped us put together a design as well as put together a material list and shopping list for us. It was very easy on us. Thomas did a great job with it all. The basement looks fantastic. Agree with other reviews that he was very meticulous and honest. Also extremely clean. Will definitely have Thomas back for work in the future!

Thomas just wrapped up a full bathroom reno for us from top to bottom.His professionalism was top notch from beginning to end.His attention to detail, amazing workmanship, punctuality and cleanliness made the process seamless.He was honest and easily accommodated changes that we needed to make to stay on budget.He is very friendly which also made him a joy to have in our home, in which I have a home based business as well.We have many more projects to complete in the years to come and we are elated to have found a reliable and hard working contractor to count on!5 stars from us, we highly recommend him!
