Had my first appointment with Austin today. I am so happy with the results!! What a great stylist. I will definitely be back. Thank you!!

When you blame your client instead of doing a test strand, formulating correctly, or questioning my hair history when I'm a stylist myself .. shouldn't be put on the client.It's disappointing that I had to feel awkward when giving you a second chance and still paying and leaving with what I left with.What I asked for I was told wasn't unachievable, the next week I went to Concrete Blonde and Kristen was able to fix it in one sitting the following week. Let me tell you, I had a life changing experience here! Rachel is a wonderful professional and a beautiful soul.I have a long history of trying to find out what to do with my hair because it's not curly, just wavy, but still I could not find the right way to take care of it and be happy with the way it looks. My hair is super heavy and thick, and since I want to grow it out, it's a problem.I came in to try out the curly method and a cut, and I came out the happiest person ever! Rachel explained everything (I have a long list of notes on the phone), she walked me through the process explaining everything and what and how I should do at home.Of course, the scariest part was washing my hair at home on my own, but look at the result (the photo attached).I am beyond happy to finally find a way to embrace my natural hair.Rachel, you're a life-saver! See you in 5-6 monts ;)

The most amazing experience ever!!!First time was good but not my cup of tea. Called , explained everything and was rescheduled with another hairdresser.Raichel did magic to my hair 10075457/10 will recommend again. If something went wrong highly recommend going for second one . They are amazing at choosing right person for you.Adrian is amazing barber too for anyone feeling like trying something new or looking for a perfect shave.I can't complain every one is friendly and happy to help and explain everything!In love with the place!!!

Cut is definitely not worth the $85. When I washed my hair out after a few days and blow dried it, I noticed then it was very chopped and not blended. I didn’t ask for chunky layers. It was almost 2 different hair cuts in one. Very disappointed. I had just to get my own scissors and fix it….

I recently visited this Hair Wizardry for a colour and had a fantastic experience! I was nervous about switching up my hair colour from my natural, but my stylist Rachel was amazing and super knowledgeable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, listened to my needs, and gave me my dream hair. The salon was clean and had a great atmosphere and music.I will be a returning client for the foreseeable future. I would highly recommend this salon for your hair needs!

I was so anxious getting my hair coloured for the first time, but Kim made sure that I was comfortable. She did not just do whatever I asked her to do but made me realize what was best for me and got that done. My hair has never looked so good.

Brought my 9 year old daughter for her first ever curly cut. They did a fabulous job for a reasonable price. Her curls fall beautifully now. She got it washed and styled and her hair looked absolutely fabulous for days after. We will definitely be back. Would recommend Hair Wizardry for any mom who has a curly girl.

I have fine, curly hair. I've been coming to see Austin at HW for just over a year now. I'm not exaggerating when I say that these have been the best curly cuts and colours of my life! Styling my hair was always such a stressor for me - I had a good hair day once a month at best. I can honestly say that I love my hair now. It's easy to style (thank you for the lesson!) and I often get compliments! Austin is wonderful in all ways and is a master of the curly hair skill. Thank you for everything.
