Whitaker Pool & Spa provides us with not only the products we need, but the knowledge and confidence to tackle any pool related tasks on our own. This is our first year as pool owners and we have made some common mistakes causing algae and our pool to turn colour. When I went to Whitaker for some advice, I never felt judged for our lack of knowledge and pool upkeep . Rather I was given the steps needed to get our pool back up running.I appreciate the family feel of Whitaker and will continue to be a customer as long as we have a pool!Thank you!

Initially I have dealt with Whitaker Pools 13 years ago. We ordered a new liner and a flex pool cover. Dealing with the company was seamless and the installation of the liner went on time and flawlessly. We have enjoyed the pool for 13 seasons now and just this year (mostly due to heavy icing during the past few winters) we saw a few spots where the liner came off of its track. We were unable to re-track the liner ourselves using the old proven cattle" method

I was looking for a temperature sensor for my pool heater, unfortunately they didn’t have it in stock. They gave me some suggestions on where I can get one and I found one. Every time I go into the store, I receive amazing service from all the ladies in the store. Thank you very much, you made my weekend!!

Whitaker Pool has opened my pool the last 15 or 20 seasons. They have changed the liner twice and 2 seasons ago replaced my original (1977) filter and pump. Over the years they have detected and repaired leaks in the suction line. Service always good, staff friendly and never a cause to complain. I have the water tested about twice a season and always good advice available.

I had a very bizarre, terrible experience with this place.I scheduled a pool closing and without providing any reason whatsoever, they called me to tell me that they cancelled the appointment. I live down the road, my pool is less than five years old (built by Betz), and landscaping around it is pristine so I can't understand any reasonable issues for cancelling. When I asked them why they cancelled they refused to provide a reason.Give your business to someone else - to someone who appreciates it. This is the first Google review I've ever provided (from my recollection); I felt compelled to let others know.

For more than 30 years they have opened my pool in the spring, replaced pumps/filters and liners and supplied solar blankets with never a problem and always to my satisfaction. And always the work has been done when promised. Highly recommended.

Not sure why I did not start using Whitaker sooner. Such a difference from the Pool Mart fiasco. Much more professional, nicer staff, polite, helpful, and they return your calls! Thank you!

Wouldn't trust anyone else with my pool. Amazing, well trained technicians as well as fantastic in store and over the phone customer service.

I buy all my products from here for my pool and yesterday I went to this store twice and I spent a couple of hundred dollars and the next day I had a question so I called the store about a product I already had that they recommended to put in my water. The lady thy I spoke with refused to answer my concern because I didn’t buy this specific product at that location but I bought all my other products from there. She was very dismissive and rood and also asked me to send photos to prove to her that this product is from this location before she can help me. I am not a confrontational person and I had just spend so much money here so it’s shocking to me that she refused to help me. Horrible customer service skills. I will no longer shop here again after this dismissive and disgusting behaviour. I guess I will go to pioneers pool store from now on.
