Well I tried using them. I called Friday while having an anxiety attack over the phone when I entered my house and found a bunch of snake tracks. I begged them to come right away and for the wildlife expert to call me as soon as he was done and nobody called me since! I’m afraid to sleep and I even recorded one of the snakes and its pupils look split meaning it’s poisonous! My dog has been hunting them and eaten a bunch of them already! Nothing better happen to my dog because you chose not to care after I was being very serious on the phone! I waited For a call And nothing! And it’s Monday and I can’t even sleep all night scared for my daughter and my dogs. I barely could breathe when we spoke on the phone I thought I was Gona faint or have my heart stop. I can’t even go in the kitchen since Friday it’s awful so thanks very much for blowing me off

Sal is knowledgeable and very thorough with his work. He is also very punctual, organized and takes his time to explain what has to be done.He also takes time to drop the tenant's key to my work. I had a family member use their service in the past and was referred. When speaking with the agent I was informed that if we decide to engage their services they would discount the $200+ inspection fee off the total.The inspection guys came by and did a good job. They broke down our situation and educated my wife on what was happening, prevention, and how much it would cost for basic ($500) and recommended ($1050).When I called the to book the basic I was advised that I would have to purchase the recommended package to have the inspection discounted. When I told the agent that wasn't what was conveyed to me when I engaged them originally, she spoke to her manager who advised that they wouldn't take the price off unless my neighbours (who were the source of the issue and quoted around $1500-$2000) they wouldn't discount the cost.I don't care about the inspection fee not being deducted. I care that they told me that it would be discounted (with no conditions) and then backed out.Only reason I'm not 1 starring is because the service guys were good.

ICE Pest Control did a great job of removing a raccoon family from our house, and securing the exterior so they couldn't get in again. Cameron and Nick, the technicians, were competent, hard working and professional. The removal went exactly as they promised. I would highly recommend ICE.
