The girl who did my brows was very nice and friendly but in the end I didn’t like the results. I did the eye mask witch was amazing, saw results immediately (highly recommend, plus it only cost $6) but when it came to my brows, I didn’t know what to expect as it was my first time doing brown lamination. I did the brow lamination+shaping+tint package. I felt very uncomfortable as I was in the middle of a very busy Sephora with lots of people passing by and staring as my brows were being laminated. The employee did her best to make me feel comfortable but in such a busy location with people starring as they passed was very uncomfortable. My brows are now always in a messy state and it takes longer for me to tame them. The girl who took care of my brows said I could come back if I wasn’t happy with the result witch is fair enough, but because I never felt comfortable there with so many people passing right beside me and starting at how weird I looked during the process, I won’t be going back to fix them.

Shawn gave me the greatest brow service ever! I loved my service and her so much! My eye brows looked lovely and I received so many compliments! She’s so patient and makes sure you have no issues with anything! I got my perfect brows from perfect Shawn!
