I had the incredible luck of having Audreanne help me select makeup for my wedding! She gave me exactly what I asked for (simple, fast, natural looking). I am extremely satisfied. She was polite, funny, patient, helpful and really listened to what I wanted and needed. Best customer service experience EVER!

Very friendly manager but her staff... i have called to reserve an item and the girl told me she would put it on the side for me since it was sold out online. I went to the store and there was none. The girl never reserved the item for me and i drove from far to pick this item. I had to drag my newborn baby with me for no reason except a major headache for us and a fussy baby at the end. Hopefully the manage was there to solve the case and was very friendly

Usually I would give a 5 star but I was very disappointed today. I walked in the store and I was looking for the Brazilian Crush body spray. I was looking for someone to help me because I couldn’t seem to find the body spray I always use and they seemed to only have the tester left. So I asked this lady that works there and I asked her where it could be ( sometimes they can be in the backstore. ) she started looking in a drawer and gave me a different kind that wasn’t the original scent. I kindly said “oh no this is the wrong one i’m looking for the original Brazilian Crush” and she responded “Listen we are very busy right now, can you look in the website yourself?” she then walked away. I found that so rude and unprofessional. I totally understand that some days are more busy then others but don’t push customers away when they are seeking help for a product. Afterwards I asked this other employee who seemed nicer and more patient, he looked in the back store and turns out my body spray will be discontinued, so I was disappointed. At least he was more of a help and nicer to his customers! I hope the next time I go back this employee will have more patience then today!

I usually will order online but during the holidays I went to buy Gift Certificates for Xmas and everyone was super rude...I understand it’s the holiday rush but I did not expect tha awful service...Plus it was dirty everywhere in the store...Customers were opening and touching makeup that is already packaged...There was no supervision on the floor...I will try to go there one more time and hopefully it will be cleaner, more hospitable and not having customers opening packaging and putting there fingers all over it...That is why I prefer online ordering because you know the products you have received will not have been opened by other customers...I gave it one star for hoping the next time it will be a better experience.

I was greeted by someone who then referred me to Heidi. She understood ALL of my concerns and was able to help me. She even made demonstrations and tested products on my skin which made me decide to purchase them. She knows what she’s taking about and unlike other Sephora employees seeing how perfect her makeup was made me want to get more tips from her. Her customer service was amazing and she took care of me throughout my entire visit at Sephora. I would definitely recommend her to any other shoppers.Came in for one 35$ product and she easily convinced me to get more and ended up leaving with 5 products with a 250$ worth. She’s also a good seller haha.Overall great experience, I will definitely be back and will ask for her again.

Favourite Sephora to shop at in Montreal! Special mention to the managers Kaïa and Elena who are the most helpful when it comes to client service and answering my questions. The staff is friendly, helpful and the store is much cleaner than the other locations. Thank you for the great service and products, will definitely be back!!!

Great customer service. I called because a product I was recommended for my honeymoon did not work for me at all. I explained how I had originally visited their store to purchase a different product but was convinced by the advisor to purchase a different product. After trying it numerous times and still being disappointed, I figured I should call to see if there was a way to exchange it, and Leah was kind enough to let me bring it back and exchange it for the original product I had originally intended to buy. Even though this happened over 7 months ago, they still made an exception. Awesome customer service and one of my favorite sephora locations!
