Bought a “new to us” motorhome.After several days of e-mails and waiting for a call back from our current insurance provider and being told we could be covered, we were sitting in a Costco parking lot with our new motorhome and no insurance.Higgins insurance was the previous holder so we called them.Leslee was amazing and had us behind the wheel in record time.Higgins insurance will be my first call for my future insurance.

Transitioning our insurance needs to Higgins Insurance was a very positive experience. They exceeded expectations, which unfortunately, as consumers, we dont experience often enough these days. Donna Flinn went out of her way to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. She is professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We received better coverage than our previous policies and saved money in the process. I know shopping insurance isnt fun, but Higgins Insurance makes it worth it!

Contacted them through a link on my CUPE website. Received an email the next day, filled out the paper work on-line, and saved $365 on my 1 year rate, for better coverage. Daniel Hennessey, was great to deal with, and with getting my quote together, and then finalizing the contract swiftly. Was a great move for me!

Been with Higgins for at least 20 years and had my first claim on my home insurance. From when I called Higgins until it was approved (48 hours) all the people I had dealings with were extremely helpful. Over the years they have always made sure to get me the best rates they can. Great customer service.

Donna was just wonderful to deal with, she's friendly, responds quickly and works to get the best price for you. I was calling a lot of different insurance companies for the best quote on motorcycle insurance and Higgins was by far the best outcome. Would 10/10 recommend.

As out of towner's we were at a loss as to where to go for insurance. Why did we choose the Higgins Agency ? Well for no other reason than the name actually. My father used to do business with a Mr. Higgins. So on this flimsy historical note, we just called up and made an appointment and are we are glad we did. What a positive experience from reception onwards.Our agent Donna was competent, very patient and personable. Our property and vehicle coverage needs were assessed efficiently. We feel we are now covered well and without undue cost. We can't recommend them enough - A big thank you to the Higgins team they really are a personable bunch.
