Do yourself a favor and DONT do business with this awful company. I had their internet for 5 months or so. Most of the time it was slow at best. In the last 4 weeks, we had no internet for 3 of them. I called and they setup service appointments 3 times, 3 times nobody showed up and nobody called. The 24th i found service through a different company. I called to shut service then. On the 24th I was billed $82 for service from 2/11-3-11. I called today because I thought I should receive some kind of reimbursement for the time after it was shut off. The gentleman informed me i had a credit but that they do not give refunds!!! I will be pursuing this further in small claims court!!!!

Dear Zito Media,For years, you were a great internet provider. You only had a couple of outages per year, and they never lasted more than a few hours.In the last 30 days, I have had 4 outages, each lasting 1-3 days, and the best you can tell me when I call is that it can take 24-48 hours to fix? When it has already been 2 days, I want an estimated time of repair, or information as to what happened. I'm tired of the runaround and pre-recorded messages.I have a remote student in my household, and they are missing classes and assignments because you can't seem to fix your service for more than a week at a time. If there was any other internet provider available to my home, I would switch without hesitation. Sadly, even with faster internet available to my town, my landlady won't allow them to install the box necessary for fiber optic service.To those reading this review:If you can get a different service, spend the extra couple of dollars per month. You'll thank yourself in the long run. While this serevice was great in the past, I am sad to say that it is no longer worth it.Maybe someday they will be reliable again, and I'll change my review back. I guess we will have to wait and see.

I have zito media and it is the worst Wi-Fi ever. It has outages every 10 minutes and when it’s not having an outage it’s horrendously slow and zito is the only Wi-Fi provider available where I live at. DONT GET IT. Use a potato with some wires instead.

They are the absolute worst company. I cancelled and went to an AT&T hot spot and my phone hot spot because I have no other options currently. That only gives me 70gb though. Yes, it is costing me a lot more, but at least I have a connection and a whole lot less aggravation. I had no connection on their high speed internet. They continuously blamed it on everything but themselves and I finally said come and get your modem and close my account. I got very tired of their tech not showing up and then being pretty useless if they did show up. Now they have been billing me for the modem since June even though they picked it up mid-June. Every time I call they tell me to ignore the bill! In the meantime, I keep getting interest charges added on the bill I am supposed to ignore and that I don't even owe! Steer clear, they are not worth the headache. They are getting NO stars even though this forces me to give them one.

Absolutely horrible company. They are the only viable internet provider in my area, and so I am forced to deal with their pitiful excuse for service. For the last year or so I've been having the same issue with my connection working fine sometimes, but other times suffering from significant packet loss and terrible speed. I've placed so many tech support calls that their hold music is now seared into my brain (wait times are often 30+ minutes), and see their service techs around my home more often than many of my friends and family, and yet even after replacing every single cable and piece of equipment on my property I am still having the same identical issue. Their only solution is to have a tier 1 support person poke around my modem, declare that there are some signal issues, and send the service techs again to do some more useless grunt work, wasting their time and mine. On the few times I have actually managed to escalate to tier 2 support, I've been told that the ticket has been resolved, only to have the issue persist unabated.Their phone support people and service techs are as a rule very pleasant to deal with, and seem to be making the best of a terrible corporate structure, but their infrastructure, both as a business and on a technical level, is fundamentally insufficient for purpose on a level that continually beggars belief.If you are considering doing business with this company and have any other viable choice, go there first. If, like me, this company is your only choice, then at least take some comfort in the knowledge that we all suffer together.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING THROUGH A DIFFERENT PROVIDER. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. by far the worst wifi company i’ve dealt with. makes me want to move back to ny to go through spectrum. was on the phone calling abt not having wifi for almost a week, and as soon as i said my name they hung up on me. trash wifi, and trash customer service. also, they LOVE to randomly double charge you and say that your account never showed a double charge. super sketchy. if i could give 0 stars i would’ve.

Avoid this company if at all possible. Sadly they are the only wired ISP currently available at my residence. Their service has generally been tolerable over the years, what with the intermittent packet loss, outages and reduced speeds. But I finally had enough when I was completely without service for 9 days out of a 10 day period while repeatedly getting the run around. I was told over and over that the work order to restore service would take 24-48 hours. I called basically every day and at the end of 10 days I still had no service - so I cancelled my service. I can only hope another provider expands coverage soon while I make due with a wireless hotspot.

When it actually works it's fine, but service randomly goes out all the time. Sometimes being out for several days. Thank God I don't rely on wifi for work or anything like that

The worst. Go with literally anyone else if you can. Unfortunately I can’t. I wfh and they told me 2 days ago when my internet went out they’d be here this morning. When they didn’t show I called and they said that they “remotely fixed” the problem but didn’t tell me so I waited alllll morning and went through one of the most excruciating hour plus-long phone calls of my life to figure out that no, it WASN’T fixed and to try and get ANOTHER appointment. How many days will I be unable to work?! Not proud I lost my cool, but this company is inexcusably poor. Just another company bought out by a bigger company that cares only about making money but not one bit about customer satisfaction. TERRIBLE

If you have ANY other option for TV or Internet, go with it. Do not, under ANY circumstances, give this company your money.Terrible customer service, DAILY service interruptions (often an hour or more) for the past several months and NO acknowledgement from the company that there is a problem, despite dozens and dozens of complaints from customers all over the area, all saying the same thing. It's a running joke in the town Facebook group for Christ's sake.Share your terrible experiences with this company EVERYWHERE you can. Hopefully they'll actually do something helpful for once. I sincerely hope to be proved wrong, and I will gladly, and promptly edit my reviews if the situation changes.6-21-2022
