We are so impressed with the service and quality Treehouse stands for. We bought a reclining couch in February, and in August one side of the couch started to have issues. Rather than having us wait to fix the mechanism, Treehouse was able to provide us with a new couch! We are so grateful for their willingness to do so, we highly recommend buying here!

Genuine customer care. From purchase to aftersales this team knows how to treat people. Especially for us, when the manufacturer of one of our chairs wouldn't stand behind their product, Treehouse took responsibility and fought for us to get the chair replaced. Since, under principal even though it's out of warranty, it was failing for manufacturing reasons. This is how you run a small business and stay in business. I will always return for all our furnishings moving forward.

We had just moved to Kelowna & were looking to replace a loveseat recliner. The sales person, Jennifer, was very personable throughout our interactions with her. She went above & beyond our expectations for a sales agent. Jennifer gave us the option of choosing the loveseat we wanted in their stock & then accommodated us on a delivery, after we had to change the date.When the loveseat was delivered, we had an issue with a section of the leather & reported it to Jennifer immediately. We then received a very kind & thoughtful text from the owner of Treehouse, informing us that he would take full responsibility & completely refund our loveseat or have a leather specialist come & do the small repair. We really liked the functionality & look of the loveseat recliner, so we chose to keep it & have it repaired. The specialist, who had worked with the company for years, was also very personable and did an exceptional job of the repair. The owner also included their top-line leather cleaner & conditioner for free due to the inconvenience.We have therefore found this company, from the delivery guys, to the sales agent & right up to the owner, to be a pleasure to deal with and would recommend this company to anyone wanting quality in products & outstanding care.
