Prices are a little high but that's to be expected. Customers service is hit or miss and mostly subpar. The gentlemen I talked to on Saturdays when I've been in was absolutely lovely, friendly and great to talk to. The only time I went in on a weekday(and last) I was met with a woman who was snobby and condescending. Gave me the wrong price and wouldn't explain why the total was that way- real nasty, would cut me off everytime I spoke and just talked down to me the entire time I was there. Don't think I'll return after this experience.

Okay, so I swing by here at least once a month, often when I am walking home from work. I mostly go there for their fine collection of military books. They generally have a good selection of either Osprey or Ballantine Books. I always pick up one or two books there, at a really reasonable price.If our house had a bit more room I would definitely pick up some of their nifty old furniture.My favorite part of my visit is when their dog is in the shop. He is such a friendly little cuss.Not a lot of people know about this place, unfortunately. Quinpool Road isn't known for it's antique stores - but I definitely hope that more people make their way down to Quinpool to check out this nifty little shop.

This antique store has excellent quality items and material, very well presented, prices are fair and reasonable, and new and interesting pieces are constantly being added. The owners are very personable, honest, and easy to deal with. Jack has invaluable knowledge in regards to the antique world, and is a very good source of knowledge if you have questions. I have been collecting antiques all of my adult life, and have travelled extensively, and this is my favourite antique store. They also have a wonderful, friendly French bulldog who is always a delight to visit with!

Extremely clean and well laid out space. Not an overly full store, and you can quickly determine what they have in about 2 minutes. A good balance between furniture and knickknacks and household items, but no clothing. It's just in a challenging location on Quinpool, and because they do have a small number of items, it's not my go-to place for antiques, vintage, or second-hand things.
