We have a six month old Cockapoo who desperately needed a grooming. She had never been groomed before and we had trouble finding a place to get us an appointment. This is why she looked so ragged! We were able to get an appointment quicker than most places and we are so happy! Molly looks adorable and they did an even better job than we had hoped for! We loved that she was able to play with other dogs in a cage free environment. As well, I am allergic to scents and they were able to accommodate me by using hypoallergenic shampoo. Great place!

Word of warning. Don’t be late for the appointment. Booked weeks in advance and was 25 minutes late and they wouldn’t take our dog. While I appreciate being on time some flexibility in customer service would be a normal common courtesy.It’s more annoying as you normally have to wait up to 20 minutes to check in or check out as they book multiple at the same time!A bit hypocritical….

Always when I bring my dog at Durham Dog they super friendly. The dogs has the opportunity to interact with another dog because the still playpen while there are waiting. My dog always come super cute. I really appreciate the service.

The owner is a lovely caring person who will treat your dogs like they are your children. She will accommodate you the best she can and does fantastic work,oh and the dogs love her as well!

Highly recommend! Brought my tiny mini dachshund who has a lot of anxiety, and the staff were so friendly ,so kind and my dog had an amazing time and came out sooooooooo clean! Amazing prices is just an added bonus! They are so animal loving, and they told me my dog did so great but didn’t want to be put down on the floor so a staff held her the entire time until I came back to pick her up after her grooming session was done! So sweet! Thank you Durham dog grooming!!

They did very well on my adopted Pomchi who had a really matted tail, long nails, and never been professionally groomed.She came back smelling nice and happy! Pleasantly surprised!

Great place! Loved that my little guy could hangout with other dogs in the cage free environment. It was my puppy's first time being professionally groomed and they did a fabulous job! He loved it so much he didn't want to leave! My pup came out looking more handsome then ever and all for a reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone looking for a groomer. You could instantly feel all the fluffy friend love provided by the groomers as soon as you walked in the door! Will definitely be going back in the future.
