restaurant is very clean food was excellent also has a nice giftshop

Stopped here after being in the bush for a couple days. Pretty clean and they got most of the things you could need. Food in the restaurant is good. I had a Reuben and their famous poutine. All the staff were pretty friendly. We had some empties to bring back and they were a bit short staffed I guess so we had to take them back south.

Had a clubhouse on white with mash and Cesar salad. Great service from waitress with red hair. I had a small issue with one of the food and it was rectified without issue. The salad was amazing considering how hit and miss greens are these days. Thanks for the service, again!

One stop shop for those whose travelling down to Sudbury from Upnorth. It has everything from food, restaurant to hunting gears to memorabilia.Gas station has huge space enough to accommodate huge vehicles like trailers, campers etcCant comment on the food served to restaurant but given the location and convenience, Im giving this a 5 star

New Gas pumps, Friendly service! Food is awesome! Bathrooms are always clean!! My stopping rest spot to stretch the legs and knowing its a safe clean place to stop to use the washroom. Kids normally get something to snack on or a drink which they have plenty of choices. The store side has awesome nik naks, clothing or other items to purchase.

I was standing behind a cosmer ording pizza. The cosmer requested a particular slice in where the manager refused to served the cosmer the slice. She did it in a very degrading way. I think this have everything to do with the cosmer looking dirty from working construction. I will never stop at this place again unless it's an emergency

Fantastic place to stop. The coffee is always fresh and good, great buttertarts and excellent pizza. The diesel price is always significantly cheaper than regular truck stops, I've seen up to 50 cents cheaper than Kapuskasing. I don't often sit down for a meal, because of my tight schedule, but I've never been disappointed the times I have eaten here. Oh, and the staff are friendly. I stop in every time I run the 144

Best homefries I've ever had: beautifully crispy outside, meltingly soft inside. Everything else we ate was great too, but those homefries...! Wow.Edit: two years later, they're still great! I wonder how they consistently get that awesome texture. All the food was very good, actually. And I like how they've streamlined the ordering and paying process; I can see how ordering at the counter and paying upfront will speed everything up a lot!

Very unprofessional customer service, I have no choice but to spend 300$ a month for parking for work. Called with a issue and the woman was incredibly rude and impatient. While I was calm and respectful. Said she didn't have time to deal with Me and had to work the cash rregister. Food is frozen type and pizza is mediocre. Been using the watershed for over 15 years and lately the service has been declining. Used to be my favorite ritual after fishing and camping trips. Now I just gas up and go eat I Chelmsford.Edit to response.I do have a choice to drive and do not complain about paying 300$ month. I'm happy to due as it can be 6 hour ride on bus and still pay for parking in sudbury or timmins. At the bus shuttleI do how ever have a problem with rude worker giving me attitude while im completely polite. I'm fine with mud rutts and in winter with minimal maintained parking lot because I do have 4x4. And understand it's hard to plow between the vehicles. And dont expect someone to shovel between cars every snow fall. It's 100 percent my choice and im okay spending out of my pocket so I don't have to sit on the bus for hours then drive over 1.5 hours to get home anyways. When I called at 6:30 pm I tried other ext and no answer.But I work all day and up at 4am so I don't have time to call during slow hours. Either way customer service should not be rude. To be snappy and tell me I need to get out asap... while I have no vehicle its parked. And take a bus to and from the plant I can't just come and go off site as I pleaseNo one can.

Great renovation. No more hot breakfast but has pizza and other items on the menu. Great staff.
