H&M

This place is clean and has good staff asking if people need any help. Fitting rooms are already open and they have staff refolding and rehanging clothes.H&M Home is connected with the main H&M. They just have 2 entrance/exit if it gets too crowded. Lots of people buying things.They have clothing, linens, shoes, accessories, bags...etc. Ladies are in the bottom floor, Men and kids on the second floor.Downfall is that everything is too tight and there is not much space for people to be in the same area. So you have to go around someone and not share an isle or an area. It looks similar to Urban Behavior, Urban Planet, and all those massive clothing places in Metro but a bit tighter.

I was shocked about the very rude and inappropriate attitude from PARISA (manager of the store), she acts very disrespectfully and she was bored by helping costumers. after asking couple of questions about different model of pants she became frustrated and started yelling at costumer. I never go back to that store, and I suggest everyone to not go there aswell.

Tried returning a product turned into a nightmare.I was told that all sales are final. Later I was told it’s my fault because my card didn’t work (same card as the purchase) had a receipt in my hand and the product with tags on them. Called Customers Service and 5 times the person hang up on me. Couldn’t return a product that I was told I have time to return till January.Extremely rude manager (Debra) told me to get store credit and it’s up to manager’s discretion to refund anything.By law, by clear info on the back of the receipt I have 30 days to return my product. But not here, H&M operates under their own created rules. No need to follow the letter of law. On the same day I returned other times to other store without any issues. Wasted 3 afternoons to come here again and again only to be turned away with a voucherSTAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.

Holy this store is not run well at all, came on a Friday afternoon and witnessed multiple employees just chatting, not bad if it was brief but literally planning the weekend in front of clients while the upstairs change room was not for customer use, another reason to hate fast fashion.

Nicely layout store with many varieties of clothings from kids to men to women. There are clearance items throughout the store. So happy hunting.

Most of the staff were unfriendly; in fact, they were quite rude, including the manager. I couldn't help but wonder if I had done something wrong. It was by far the worst H&M location I have ever been to. I sincerely hope they improve their attitude and approach to customer service. I won't come to this location again tho.

Literally the most embarrassing and harassing store. I purchased suits online. Firstly they took 16 days to arrive, when the shipping said 5-10max. Then the sizes were incorrect. I went to the store, asked them if I could exchange the size after standing in queue for 20 mins. The girl attending me said yes, but to get the same price I should choose a style for the same price. . Then I went and grabbed my size and came back, stood in the queue only for them to tell me that they don’t even follow the exchange policy written online. I even made her read the policy, but still I was insisted that I’d have to pay a different price for the same article, just because I’m exchanging it in store.Worst part is every time these guys talk on their walkie talkies, everyone in store can hear them.Why the hell you guys even keep online stores and offline stores, sell customer loyalty based on fake promises. When it’s time to deliver, all your employees can do is embarrass people and waste their time and ask them to move all across the store multiple times.

I don't like writing negative reviews, but I was disappointed in a recent visit to the store. I came in 20 minutes before closing. I grabbed some items as quickly as I could knowing they were closing soon; I needed an outfit for an interview that was fast approaching- ultimately I just needed a pencil skirt. I waited at the fitting room area for a few minutes and almost just walked in before talking to the girl in fit since I knew they were closing soon. I told her I had 6 items (mostly blazers, and two skirts). She told me I wouldn't have enough time to try on 6 items in 15minutes. I was really taken aback, I just needed to make sure the items fit (many were duplicates just in different sizes). Since I was stressed about needing a skirt- I reasoned with her to just try on 3... but ultimately since I couldn't compare sizes, I ended up just leaving disappointed. She tried to hand me the items she wouldn't let me bring in, I explained if I can't try them on, I'm not going to purchase them and left. There was still 10minutes to close by the time I was out of the store.I ended up buying something from another brand, as I was so frustrated with the situation I didn't want to go back to H&M.2 stars just because at least the store was tidy.
