Great service as always. However, near zero cell service anywhere in the building? Pretty critical thing for most customers to have while in the building.

Purchased a belt and seals from here; was told that both parts would be at the store by the following day at 10am.No sales person phoned to inform me that the parts were in (as informed when I purchased the parts) when I phoned at 2 pm they told me that only the belt was ordered by accident.... I asked if they could deliver the seals to one of there daily delivery customers as I work there and was told no.... this wouldn’t have been a problem Normally but I’m away on a job for a few weeks and would not be able to collect... I explained this to the very useless sales women and was basically told yes it’s our fault your parts were not ordered but we’re not prepared to help.... I then got a refund as I’ve never dealt with such poor customer service. At this point though I must say thank you to Greggs as I went to Motion on Edgar and the parts were not only in stock but they were cheaper and the sales man was awesome. I will be a Motion customer from now on.

I have been to Greggs twice now and although it isn't my normal environment shopping for parts, or my expertise. I never feel intimidated as a female shopper and was wonderfully surprised by the clean and super friendly atmosphere. Staff were calling customers up so quickly and efficiently. I am able to show a picture and offer a description of the item I am looking for and with a great amount of respect I am sold the item and on my way. If I can stand at the counter as a female with a small order for a project I am having problems fixing and be treated the same as a male business owner beside me that clearly knows what he is looking for and is making a large purchase.... that is top notch service. I will always go back when I need help with my next task. Thank you.

Make sure you have nothing but time in your day and bankroll for your staff to waste. Standing at that counter while they fill an order could be considered an Olympic sport in patience.
