Ordered a shirt from this site over a month ago. After about 2 weeks I emailed asking for an update or tracking and was sent an email back to check my junk email for the confirmation. I did and didn't receive anything. Emailed again about a week after that asking for an update, and was sent and automated email saying that the order was processing. So by this time it's been 3 weeks. Again, I email asking for a tracking or confirmation and then was sent an email saying it was sent. So over a month later, and I still haven't received my shirt, I email again and am told it's my fault for the delay because I chose the type of shipping. The website only allows 1 type of shipping (which is 7 days) there is no information on processing time and if I had a special request , how was I to know that I could email the company and ask for expedited shipping? There is no additional information as to how to ask for quicker shipping, however, I felt like ordering a shirt a month out when I needed it would give it enough time to arrive.They sent an email that I could get a refund, but at this point, why would I bother putting out additional money to be sent back when I don't trust this business wouldnt lie and say the shirt was lost" and I never see my money again.I realize that customs can hold up deliveries

Benoli was able to make my very specific Disney vacation shirt idea come to life, was able to order the exact style of shirt I was looking for and my order was placed and finished in less than a week. They made sure I was able to pick up my order after store hours without any hassle. My shirt has been through a gross sweaty Disney day, washed and dried multiple times and still looks brand new! I love that there was no extra costs for different designs, colours, glitters, just one across the board price for any print on a tshirt! Fast response times, check ups on inquiries, great service!

I needed a shirt made last minute and called down before noon and he had it ready for me by 4pm. Excellent service and very accommodating!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Doesn’t take accountability and tried to blame the customer by pointing fingers, name calling, and telling lies.DO NOT SHOP HERE

I ordered 2 shirts last Christmas (last minute) for my in-laws. The lady that worked with me to help pick the best colors/images/quotes for my shirts was incredible. The prices are perfect for anyone, and the owners are lovely people. Highly recommended.

I ordered 5 custom shirts from Benoli. All of them came out great. Two were for my husband and they have been worn and washed many times since he got them and they still look like new. I highly recommend them!

I’d like to first of all say that their shirt quality is good, I’ve never had issues with their product but their customer service is not what it used to be. I ordered more than a month ago for three shirts during a promotion, I thought it was a great deal and my past orders have taken no more than 2 weeks. I messaged them after 2 weeks and inquired about my order and they replied they won’t be looking at the type of order until the end of the week. That was fine. But the end of the week came and nothing. I waited again and when I messaged them it still hasn’t been started so I asked for a refund and they told me they don’t do refunds.4 weeks+ for 3 shirts is just disappointing.
