GREAT SERVICE. I know some companies dont even knock let alone ring the door bell but this deliveryman did both and was very nice too!

We came home to see a note that Canpar had tried to deliver a package. We have a doorbell camera which alerts to our phones and there was no record of anyone trying to use the doorbell. There was someone at home but downstairs. Poor service.

My driver is great - always gets my shipment to it's destination quickly. Very glad I got away from Canada post and started using canpar.

drivers lie, customer service is horrible. can't follow instructions. big waste of time. dont use them! edit: March 30/2021 - ordered from walmart, again they said they tried to contact me butdid not! Called their customer service and became even more frustrated at their rude behaviour and incompetence.

I was waiting for a delivery all day. I’m on maternity leave, so I am home! When I went for a walk I saw that they left a delivery failed slip on my mailbox. I guess they forgot that a lot of people have cameras now. I saw the delivery girl walk up to my house with a slip already filled out. Didn’t knock or ring the door bell. Tape the slip to my mailbox and leave. Now I have to go out of my way to pick up my order with a baby. Terrible courier service

Wish I could give no stars they don't attempt 3 drop offs like they say and then want you to drive 45 mins away to pick up why pay for delivery

Ordered some good foods and the delivery driver slept with my wife.Delivery service was great though.
