Hôtel Spa Château Sainte-Adèle

Rooms have access to a hot tub, saunas and an indoor pool. Close to many amenities, Clean and Spacious. The room had fire place, 2x TVs (netflix, prime, other) and 2x full washrooms.Residents and the caretaker were very nice and helpful.

Nice rooms. It's sold as a spa. So the pool is basically a huge hot tub. Pool area is heavy on humidity :) kids enjoyed it. Outside they have 6 hot tubs very nice place to soak after a day on the hills. Breakfast is included it's the help your self variety. Although there is no eggs bacon or sausage available .. I would go back again.

The hotel is located near almost everything such as gas stations, grocery stores and all kind of different stores. The hotel is surrounded by the beautiful nature and very calm. The rooms are very clean, big and beautiful. Everything you need, they provide. The service is great and quick. Everyone is very kind and nice. The hotel itself is very beautiful and clean. Beautiful decorations inside and outside. The spas and the pool are both clean and pretty. Great hotel to stay in.

We check-in and the clerk who later told us he's the manager said the breakfast that was supposed to be included wasn't because of some technical issue but told us he's lending us a bathrobe as compensation for breakfast... then he further argued that there was no reimbursement he could do and that I was the only guest who complained about this situation. A lot of the facilities weren't functioning properly (washrooms out of order, sauna out of order). Bad customer service and bad value, definitely not worth it.

Looking forward to staying here again. Room was very clean, all of the staff was friendly and warm (we stayed 2 nights). Had a great massage. Didn't use the indoor pool but we spent a lot of time outdoors. Outdoor hot tubs and sauna were clean. This is a quiet and quaint hotel, so if you don't want the busy bells and whistles of a place like Chanteclerc, this is perfect. If you're looking for simple and quiet, I highly recommend this place.

It's okay but far from a real 4 star" hotel. Went there during a cold weather wave and it was quite cold in the rooms. The heating unit is very noisy due to the fan.For the spa treatments

Well maintained hotel. Nice cosy rooms. Indoor heated pool. 5-6 outdoor hot tubs. Sauna available (dint try though). Good massage. Good experience and just 1.5 hours drive from Montreal so a perfect relaxed weekend getaway. Decent breakfast (fresh n tasty croissants)

Lovely hotel, grand entrance, very clean. friendly and helpful staff. Hot tubs are hot, 104F and there is a great pool. Got a couple massage in their spa that is very nice and cozy. The breakfast is self serve, fruits, waffles, toast, croissant, yogourts, cereals and lots of juices and coffee. Our room was nice and clean and had a decent size fridge. Only downside is the fridge and heater are very noisy when they turn on.

The decor looks good. The rooms are very clean.The room has a mini fridge and a microwave but no coffee maker or a boiler for hot drinks, no in room coffee and tea, or microwave safe mugs. There is coffee dispenser in the reception, but it is empty, and I had to tell the receptionist about it. He filled it right away. The indoor swimming pool is soooo cold though we are in the end of June. They have 3 Jacuzzis but it felt like too little for the number of guests. They have sauna too but I didn't try it. The breakfast was cold boiled eggs, one toaster for toast and bagle. You can have with this cream cheese, butter or jam. The cereal wasn't sweet. The breakfast was stale except for the mini-croissants. The staff was doing their job but without having the convince of the guests in mind. I don't know if I will return again.

They are currently renovating the hotel or so they say. Outside isn't much, except for the nice jacuzzis but the lobby and rooms are very nice. Our room came with a continental breakfast, robes and a bottle of Prosecco with chocolates. The breakfast was terrible. Burn croissants and cold cereal. No hot water for the tea and no knives to spread the peanut butter. The robes wine and chocolates were perfect.Hard to book because it is a small hotel but enough in advance and it is worth it.
