Hands down the company you want to hire for your property restoration project. The contractor was in touch with me before I could even hangup with our insurance claims department. They provided professional service. We loved meeting the crew. A BIG thank you for going above and beyond. We are really grateful for our new basement following the water damage.

Patrick assessed the damages to my house and explained that I would sign the paper work for them to do necessary tear out, which would be covered under my insurance claim. He showed up on time, answered calls and texts promptly, made many extra visits to my property for assistance, and was always transparent that his quote would go to my adjuster first, who would then provide it to me.When the other half of my basement flooded 10 days after their initial mitigation work was completed, Patrick came by to check out my home as a courtesy call. I requested his services when TD sent out a second mitigation request for my home. He was able to work with me to limit costs and keep it in my budget. I helped by moving my belongings out of the way so they could just focus on the home issues.Both times he walked me through my home with the moisture detector and the thermal imaging to show me where he would have to remove walls/floors/etc. He gave me amazing recommendations for companies to fix my foundation.He still responds to quick questions despite the work being months completed.Highly recommend!

Arguably THE WORST contractor I’ve incurred to date. I was referred First OnSite through TD Insurance for a water damage claim as part of their Preferred Provider Network - only to find out the Project Manager (Patrick Geddes) knew VERY LITTLE about the scope of the repairs (didn’t even know the difference between knotty pine plywood and hardwood smh). He initially attempted to push a contract for entirety of the work without being able to provide a full estimate of damages - basically wanting me to sign a blank cheque, which I refused. This was utilized this against me during settlement negotiations (after being completely lowballed) even though I mitigated the cause of the loss immediately. Additionally, the Project Manager lied about number of visits to site, and moisture content readings which were nonexistent. I’m not sure how TD gets away with this, but they refused to send a field adjuster to the site to verify the appraisal process and took an apprentice carpenter’s word at face value. Legal teams are involved at this point. STAY CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE!
