We purchased 4 new Michelin Tires at the Red Deer Location , we later had a tire pressure sensor low tire warning , upon airing the tires up we found 1 tire was installed inside out on our car , I had to make an appointment to have it corrected and the staff tried to tell me it did not matter . I clearly indicates on the sidewall of each tire OUTSIDE and INSIDE , when I asked who installed them I was told probably some helper , The shop foreman said they are not technicians yet their plaques says they are .They asked me if I rotated the tires which would make no difference . Beware they do not have qualified people working on your car !!

Waited over 3 hours for a simple tire installation for tires which I waited over 3 weeks for them to ship and receive. I was 20 minutes early for the appointment and it still wasn't finished until after 25 minutes after the store was closed. Car smelled gross and there was dirt all over my keys, shifter, steering wheel and who knows what else.One week later and 2 of my tires are going flat daily likely from faulty valve stems are improperly beaded rims.
