So sad to tell this fact. Two lady staffs in the cash - one who is slim and tall & other short and shoulder hair with a front cut are so mean and a kind of racist behavior. Experienced several times the same. Definitely next time it will be a complaint. Except this, very reasonable place for used items of all kinds. Nice charitable organisation.

Best thrift store in the area. Still low price, unlike many other stores. Always some treasures to be found. Big $.50 kids clothing bin, all items in excellent shape. The toys section is usually poorly stocked though, with broken items or missing parts. Adult clothing is not the most trendy, but really good pieces can be found and at $2-$4 or so. For low income shoppers, it can't be beat. And it's a true charity organization that will welcome and help out anyone in need. Great little place.

I love this store and their selection. I am heartbroken over their change in hours - no longer open on the weekend. I often would travel from Kingston to shop. Still would give them 4 stars for the pricing and great staff.

Place asked for service dog to leave .But permitted a drunk person to stay passed out right inside the store door customers had to walk around.Pretty upsetting behavior for lower class second hand store. .

I absolutely love this store there's always a nice selection of clothing to choose from and since I'm so tiny its difficult at best to find anything that will fit me,but I usually do.as for the staff there are certain ones that over charge by ringing up things two or even three timewhat should be charged depending on if they like you or not I mean everything is donated to them for the greater good and some of the prices are obsurd.its supposed to be a thrift store.it shouldn't cost you a months food to get a dresser or wall unit they were given aside from needing better mngt and a cash register the store itself is fantastic.

I visit the store almost daily because it's a fantastic place to find something. From the staff who are so welcoming to the services they offer such as delivery and community outreach, this gem is a blessing to Belleville. Thank you for everything you do!

Absolutely horrible treatment of customers. Can't even have a tiny 5lb dog in a carrying case in the store. What decade are we living here? The 70s? Most restaurant patios allow pets! This pace is a 2-bit thrift shop.Absolutely ridiculous policy, and when I was approached it was rude and condescending by being told with attitude, that there was no pets signage at the front.Don't bother even supporting this unfriendly, non-inclusive hole in the wall.

Great place, nice staff, lots to choose from but affordable rates and good quality items. Right near the court house down town ,they're always willing to help you find what you need . Thanks great place!
