I like to work with the Mueller family, mostly in different parts of the world, particularly in Canada in any section or sectors.I am working now in Mueller middle East.Bahrain, so l will like to relocate to stay in the same Mueller family.

Terrible customer service. Called looking for a replacement seal for a diverter valve made by Praher. No response to my first couple emails and voice messages and finally a lady called back and told me abruptly that we don't deal with customers and you need to buy through distributors. I then tried several local stores and also online retails in Canada as well as Amazon and Ebay with no luck finding anyone that sells the valve or seal I need. So I called back and asked if they could make an exception and send me the seal or part I need. It would fit in an envelope and probably costs less than a dollar. Again the lady told me she cannot help me. I told her I don't know how else I could get the seal and asked to speak to her manager. She forwarded me to the controller of the company and I left a voicemail which has not been returned. Not sure why she sent me to the controller when I asked for her manager. Maybe this company is going out of business???I guess I will have to change my plumbing to change to a different brand valve which sucks when all I need is a 10 cent seal and 2 minutes to change. But I will get some satisfaction throwing the Praher valve in the garbage haha!Anyways would not recommend this company as replacement parts are impossible to find and customer service is horrible.

We have purchased from Praher since 2004 in volume and consider them to be a valuable business partner and supplier. They make consistently excellent products and are prompt, courteous and fair when dealing with any issues that may arise. There aren't many. I understand their position on sending Orings to consumers as we are further down the food chain and wouldn't do it either. You can't please all the people all the time, but as a good sized customer of Praher we are pleased!

Spoke with Jacklin. She was very busy but still took the time to help and said she understood my situation. In my impression that's an indication of a great Canadian company!

Great customer service! Jacqueline was very polite and directed me to a local dealer that distributes their products. Very satisfied with my experience with them :)

Spoke to Jacklin, Horrible customer service. She was too busy and just hung up on me. Not a place you want to do business with. STAY AWAY!!!
