Did not listen to my issues at all!!! Seemed very eager to setup appointments and up sell products I did not need at all. I would not recommend to anyone in complete honesty.

I love my new orthotics! I have had many pairs of orthotics over the last 20ish years so I am very familiar with great and not so great. I have bone spurs and an Achilles spur And this time I also was afflicted with a pinched nerve in the ball of my left foot. Stephen Hartman assessed my walk, checked my foot alignment and we discussed my pain. He then did the plaster casting and sent the molds to Markham. The orthotics are beautiful and, with my new shoes, they feel great. I followed his guidelines and, within about a week, my nerve pain was gone.His office is highly professional and super efficient. Thanks again!

Recieved very bad phenol burns after toenail removals. 3 weeks later and there's still blistering and second degree burns. ER doctor and family doctor prescribed an adult dose of antibiotics after a child dose was given to me. Aftercare instructions involved a fucidic acid cream (further burning) and keeping my foot bandaged so it could not dry out.
