Dropped off ALL formal clothing for a business trip for the following week on a Monday went to pick them on the Friday and they were closed. Tried calling and the mailbox was full. I drove by on the next day Saturday (when I was flying out) in hopes they were open but No. Forcing me to have to go out that morning and spend 1000’s of dollars on new outfits. It was so upsetting to think they did not have a backup plan or et least have someone go in and call the people that we’re supposed to have there clothing and let them know what was happening. I would have gladly picked up my unfinished garments and figured out something. Will not be going there again!

Did not have a good experience. Not sure if it is under new management.Pricey too.

The good thing is that they clean everything on the own premises and offer tailoring services if you need it ,Friendly staff,

Normally excellent service - but reliability is apparently an issue. Being closed for a day after a major snowstorm is completely understandable. Being closed for 2 days leading into a long weekend is a bit irresponsible. Very disappointing - I needed those items for this weekend.

Didn't follow original instructions for alteration and overcharged for the work.
