This is an excellent company. I called last night after-hours about a broken condensation drain pipe and the technician, who couldn't have been nicer, arrived at 10am today and fixed the problem. We'll continue to use BES even if we move, or when the time comes to replace our furnace/AC.

When we were shopping around for a new Lennox HVAC system for the house, Burlington Energy Systems provided the best experience from start to finish. Their installation was top notch, and the after sales service has been nothing but fantastic. Creature Comforts and BES are owned by the same people and are located in the same building. I'd recommend Burlington Energy Systems for any HVAC needs you could possibly think of.

I had Burlington Energy come to my house and install a brand new furnace, a/c unit, thermostat, lots of gas line work and duct work . Rick was absolutely great, and a pleasure to talk to. The two guys that did the work were true professionals . Work was done exactly how I wanted, very neat, quality materials, everything brand new. Exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for any HVAC work to be done.

After experiencing some AC issues, I called Creature Comforts and asked for help. Grant responded although it was Saturday evening.Despite the fact that I live in an area that is way outside their zone of operation, Grant was very courteous, patient and professional and after asking about my problem, provided me with both a short and long term recommendations right over the phone- saved me ton of time and potentially money.Amazing service. We have dealt with Burlington Energy Systems for over 15 yrs. They have installed our air conditioner, furnace, and last wk a fireplace. Jan and Andrew, the technicians, ensured floors were well protected, worked efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. John, the specialist who coordinated the quote and purchase, made himself readily available for questions and adjusted the equipment order without hesitation when requested.We recommend BES as well for cleaning and regular furnace maintenance services. Staff are professional and friendly and do great work.
