This company used to be canadian and family owned, and it was then a great place to work. Nice environment and colleages, great products and a good sense for quality. A fairly profitable company.It was unfortunatly purchased by a large American company in 2019 and since then it has seen a steady decline both from a financial standpoint and the overall working environment. The unreasonnable amount of pressure and expectations, added stress on the employees, a new CEO who is a real jerk: as a result, many great and skilled people who had been working for many years decided to leave, or were simply laid off due to lack of funding. Do not work there, it is a stressing environment, low salaries, very high turnaround and no appreciation.
