Professor Birgham is incredible and so are the rest of the coaches and partners down at WAMMA HQ. Anytime I'm in winnipeg it is a must to go train at the head WAMMA facility because they are so welcoming and knowledgeable I am honored to be a part of the extended WAMMA family.

poor service, tried emailing and calling on multiple occasions for information on prices and class schedule. Website very poorly managed, does not state the class times nor prices, would not recommend. Go train at canadian fighting center instead as they are more organized

Went to this gym for the first time trying my hand at MMA and self defence. Had a lot of fun. The instructors are super helpful and they go out of their way to help you get better! Would definitely recommend!

My two sons transitioned to WAMMA (training under Dom Blais) over 2 years ago. They had trained tae-kwando for over 5 years obtaining their blackbelts - they started to lose interest and asked for a change. Dom’s Brazilian Jiu-jitsu program was about to start and we’ve never looked back. The boys have smiles on their faces - while learning a new martial arts discipline. Dom has been integral in building their passion for the art form - enough so where they have competed in about 4 tournaments to date (something they never wanted to do with Tae-kwando). Dom’s approach is the perfect blend to ensure young people absorb the lessons under a supportive environment.
