The staff here is beyond careless. 1 cashier actually working. 4 employees (including a manager) huddled in the back room standing and talking. Asking them for a location on an item seemed like a huge inconvenience and got absolutely zero help. 0/5 is what I give this store's customer service.

Very busy store, not sanitizing carts between customers. Rudely encouraging" customers to use their self check out and then rudely checking customers out who would prefer to not use the self check out. Older lady cashier was incredibly disgruntled and rude to a young lady who was having trouble using the self check out. Young cashiers can not seem to count how many of an item there are? They clearly can

This is a very busy Dollarama as there is usually always a line up for the cashier. Staff is friendly but very shy and quiet . There is lots of free parking outside the building to park.

One of the things about Dollarama is no matter what store you go into they are all just about the same. Clean, lots of parking. The only thing I found different from other stores is the self checkout. No employees at the main counter only 6 self checkouts. It was easy but I don't work for the company.*I feel the same about all self checkouts.1)- I will start to use them more if and only if no employees are let go or have their hours cut.2)- I am offered a discount or other incentives to do the work myselfI can't believe stores think this is what we want customer service" to looks like.**Again

My kid daughter was checking out the nail polish and I was just at the end of the aisle, the staff tells her don't do that". She loves nail polish and I was wondering what was wrong with her checking out the nail polish. Other time we were there and there was a man that was disturbing every customer in the store and the staff finally sent him away

Great location and we'll stocked. The only thing is there is no handicap push button outside which can be troublesome for anyone who needs the accessibility. It was tricky for my stroller.

Your self scan tills are terrible and impead traffic flow. Can't see anything. Stood there for 3 min not being able to see there was a station open. One person to man all the stations, jump on regular cash tills, and act as an LP personal. What a cluster f@#*. This is why I support other dollar stores when I can. At least if you're going to do something, get the logistics right.
