Came here to look at a car and nobody could even be bothered to acknowledge my existence at the dealership.

I had a lovely experience with both Barry and Carson in the service department. They both thoroughly explained everything and were very friendly. My car was serviced perfectly, and with such a fantastic job done on the car wash, I’ll be the envy of all of my friends until it rains :-) My car was absolutely glittering in the sunshine. What a great experience!

Irresponsible service. No accountability. They will let you leave with a vehicle unsafe to drive. I brought this up two weeks ago when asked for feedback and never heard back. Go somewhere else.

Refular check-up of our new 2021 Subaru Crostrek was for more than 500$. Only to know that vehicle is in perfect condition. The mileage was less than 10.000 km. Of course it was.Used my wife’s pregnancy and limited knowledge of average prices for such services while I was not in the city. This is pretty much all you have to know about the service.Moreover, they push you to do regular check-ups at their service if you have dealer’s insurance. Information for everybody, you don’t have to - by law. You can visit any licensed service of your choice!P.S. I was contacted by Bernard Le - General Manager with the issue. I was pleasantly surprised by the reaction on my post. Not only did he agree that mileage should be taken into account before the actual service, but he also approved to compensate the difference between the regular fast check-up and full service check-up that was provided to us. I am glad that some people hear the actual problem of the client beyond the formal approach. I appreciate it!
