Nike Brentwood

I have been wearing Nike shoes exclusively for almost ten years with no issues. I bought a pair of Nike Free Run 5.0 in the second week of September and by mid October they had begun separating at the seams and developed holes at the back of the shoe. I wore them for daily use to and from school, this would be considered light use. I would consider this to be faulty design or manufacturing but the Brentwood store refused to make a return claiming usual wear and tear.It is extremely disappointing for a brand to consider torn seams and holes regular wear and tear after less than two months. It speaks very poorly to the quality of merchandise they are selling. I’ve had previous iterations of the free run line last for more than two years with heavier use.I do not recommend that anybody purchases running shoes from Nike and I will be buying my shoes from better brands who care about the quality of products they are selling

The manager Marce was so helpful during my recent visits. He is also really knowledgeable about the shoes I was looking at and personally greeted me when I came by to shop. His team is friendly as well, highly recommend this store :)

Nice size store with single story. Reasonable selection of new running, Jordan, and yoga lines for clothing; and Air zoom, Air Force 1, Air Max 90, and Jordan lines for shoes.

Nice and clean Nike retail store that has opened up in a high visible area .The staff were friendly and super helpful .The reason for the 3 stars was the selections of clothing weren’t as many as you would usually see from a Nike store .It felt limited to only buy so few pieces of Nike clothing compared to the stuff they have .

Limited selections, better to shop online.

Bought a pair of size 15 men’s Nike Blazers and also bought 3 pair of XL size 12-15 Jordan socks. The Jordan socks don’t fit, and because I had to open the packaging to try them on they won’t refund me. Trash.

The store was out on a lot of items. They didn't have many of the shoe sizes that I was after. Very helpful staff

The staff refused to bring me another size as the store was 'Closing soon'. I have never experienced anything of this sort, I had to insist them to bring another size. Poor management!

Love nike stuff and this store had a really good atmosphere and great people to ask for help from. Next time I'm in the area I will come back here
