We called Caleb from Garage Door Doctor Canada to help fix our garage door that was damage. He came to look at it within a couple of days to see the extent of our damage. He told us what needed to be done and fixed it the next day! He was very professional and communication was excellent. I highly recommend him if you need your garage fixed.

The spring for our garage door broke on a Tuesday morning. I called Garage Dr on Wednesday morning and it was repaired Thursday morning by Caleb. He arrived promptly at the time given, and was very kind and professional. The price for the repair was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend the services of Garage Dr Nanaimo!

We had a spring break making the garage door inoperable. I read some reviews on the Garage Door doctor and took a chance. What I was impressed with is he came within two hours of the breakdown on a Canada Day no less. He finished the job very fast and went out of his way to fix other issues that he noticed. I would recommend him to anybody who needed garage work.

Had a rough start to my day. Garage door would only lift a few inches then stop. I saw these loose wires peaking out the side. I knew I was in trouble.I was also locked out of my house- no Wallet - no phone - no key to get in either! After getting a locksmith to drill out my lock & rekey my back door. I was able to at least get into my house.Once in I called Garage Door Doctor. He arrived within the hour. Replaced my Torsion spring. Oiled & checked everything. Had me up & running in a no time! He was efficient & polite and I was very pleased with his service. I would highly recommend!

I cannot imagine better service. Our garage door was damaged by a car on a Sunday such that we could not secure the door. I was able to get in touch with Caleb who assessed and secured the door on a Sunday within a few hours. Our new door was installed within the week. High quality work, efficient, professional and really a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend this company!

I called Caleb in the morning and he was busy but would see if he could get to it today. I received a pleasant phone call in the late afternoon and he said meet you in 1/2 hour. .He showed up took a quick survey , saw how I had made a mess of it . Said this is not so bad .I felt a little better . He fixed it asap and gave me a reasonable price ..I was very impressed . I would hope I do not have to see him again . !!!!!!!!!If I need a Door Doctor . He is my new Doctor .CHEERS. CHEERS. CHEERS.
