I'm going into detail for the manager since no one answers the phone.I went thru the drive thru. Order big Mac meal and 6 mcnuggets. 1 nugget had a nickel size piece of bone in it.I want to add my opinion that 1 sauce for 6 mcnuggets is not adequate. McDonald's makes enough money they can give a minimum of 2 sauces for 6 nuggets.This store has lost my business. McDonald's might have too.

Went there today to their drive thru. First their employees were singing while taking the order and when i told them its not nice to be rude to customers their employee took the drink from me which i have paid for and then she slammed the door on me and when their manager came instead of solving the problem she started lying and told me she was just greeting you hope the owner or upper management of this store read the review and take strict actions on them.

Stopped only to get a gift card for a coworker that likes their coffee. Would not eat at McDonald's. I not long ago got a french fries to share and my body was literally asking, what on earth are you putting on me? Could not recognize what I was eating. Fake food they say. Yet it is popular as ever. Always a line up.

Paid for a medium oreo McFlurry and was given something not even half full. We complained at the window and the workers YELLED at us!!! Saying their machine was broken ... well then tell the customers ordering it that you can't make it! What a terrible encounter. Will never come back to this location.

Ordered chicken mcgriddle ang got sausage and egg instead. Cashier asked me twice making sure I ordered chicken mcgriddle and still give me the wrong order. Its been so many times I got the wrong order and I'm so tired of going back there again and again and again.

The Sahali location seems to be particularly prone to botching service. My most recent visit involved ordering a mango pineapple smoothie in the drive thru. Despite only 3 cats ahead of me, it took 8 minutes to get to the pickup window only to be told that the smoothie wasn't ready yet and asked to park in their lot, as it will be ready in one minute". After waiting 5 full minutes without hearing a peep from them

We made a stop for charging our car here which was very close to this McDonald's. And I can tell you this was the cleanest McDonald's I have ever been too. Everyone was smiling and courteous.I hope it wasn't a one off where they were waiting for a visit etc.Nevertheless I'll be back to this McDonald's anytime I pass by here.
