Firstly, they will never have your order ready in time. 9 times out of 10 they will call you and say to come the next day or come a few hours later. I have already wrote my review regarding an experience in which they ripped me off but I guess they somehow managed to get all their reviews deleted recently. On March 25 2023 I went to pick up my order with PC Express and they substituted multiple items and when I called I said I don't want them, don't include them. I drove away and as I was looking at my receipt I saw that I was charged for every single substitution: $36 worth. I parked in the parking lot (I had not driven off the lot) and checked if they included them and they did not. I called them immediately and the girl on the phone said she was aware of the mistake and that I would receive a refund on my card within 10 days. I never received it. I emailed customer service 2-3 times and my emails were ignored UNTIL NOW (2 months later, in which they said they could no longer help as its been 2 months) I called 3 times and someone always said I will take down your info and give it to our manager." and I have never received a call. I won't ever shop here again but I will pay them a visit and help myself to $36 dollars worth of stuff to even out the score."

I used to use PC Express here, but I had to stop. They do their best but are constantly understaffed and stressed. Upper management needs to give them more people to handle the amount of orders they get everyday, or customers will continue being inconvenienced to the point of not returning. (The staff are always polite and do their best, though, this isn't their fault)

PC express unreliable. Ordered groceries and supplies and reserved a time slot for 8:30pm since we have a newborn and it’s convenient. Somebody called at 8pm to let us know orders are late and it’ll be ready in an hour or so. Kept waiting and at 9:30pm nobody called so called them back and lady who answered just said that our order will be ready tomorrow no explanation or apologies provided. And when I tried to explain and complain that somebody called that it’ll be ready in an hour she just kept saying our order will be ready the next day and that everyone working with pc express left for the day. So unprofessional and reliable. 2nd time it happened. Not even an email provided to let us know we won’t be able to pick up order at the reserved time. Save yourself time and order somewhere else next time.

My favorite grocery store. Very convenient with wide varieties of things to shop for. Wouldn't trade it for the world

Total gong show. I did click and collect. Took a bit longer than usual, that's fine. However, when I got home, the lettuce was brown, I got 2 bags of apples and cucumbers, which I didn't order, got the wrong body wash, and other items I had ordered I did not receive.

Grocery store. Has pharmacy. You can buy clothes here. Basically a one stop shop.Slow down to enter the parking lot because it is a tight parking lot and usually busy.

***please compare your click and collect orders with your receipts! ***I honestly don’t usually like doing these reviews but we want others to be aware if they are using the click and Collect service at this store. We liked the convenience of this service especially with having young kids, but lately it’s been more inconvenient:( Besides the long waits the pushingback of pick up times which is frustrating but at times understandable it’s the being charged for things we did not receive that gets me.We have recently had two orders with missing items and were still charged for them. The first time it was just a few things but this last time it was almost $100 worth of food that was missing and we were charged for. I called and they offered us to pick the missing items up or get a refund. We opted for the refund but be warned we are still waiting for our refund from our first order which was weeks ago. I want to make sure people are aware that if they don’t cross check their order and their receipts they could be losing money even if it is a few dollars here and there it will add up over time. I have put through a complaint 3 different ways and the last time I called their systems were down and I was told they would call me back still have not received a call. I finally called the customer service manager and had to leave a message so I hope I finally get this resolved and get our money back. Again I don’t like complaining and understand the staff is working hard but times are tough and groceries are expensive and we have to feed our family so every cent counts. Also it should not be this difficult to get reimbursed when it was their error to begin with. Please be aware and double check and from now on we will be going in to shop when we can.

If you call in a prescription refill, even when they say it will be ready in an hour and you give them plenty of time to prepare by coming in 8 hours later,They will be happy to finally share the great news they have been holding onto that no, you can not get the important prescription you rely on each and every day to live a healthy life, because they have run out.Apparently they do not have the ounce of care for the individuals using their pharmacy to actually call them and let them know not to waste their time and gas driving to the pharmacy.

Whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER THROUGH PC EXPRESS. Their app and customer service is terrible and charged me $100+ for a subscription despite me cancelling the service prior.I've been in contact for almost an entire month now trying to get my money back. At first they told me 3-5 business days.5 business days passed - No response.I called and they told me 1-2 more business days.2 business days pass - No responseI called again - 1-2 more business days please.2 business days pass - No responseI called again - 1-2 more business days please.2 more days pass, this time they tell me that they don't have a timeline for when this issue will get fixed but that they're working on it.Terrible

Way too busy and packed with an overall bad energy. Too many items to choose from.It’s good having the ability to get anything you need but I hate shopping here
