It’s a great place to buy luggage and backpacks at Kjamson! Their staff are very experienced and helpful. If you live within gta, it’s very convenient to pickup at their multiple locations.

Poor conduct from staff. She was always standing right next to us throughout and did not allow to see the item well and assess if it is good fit for our needs. I was planning to buy the item but due to poor and disrespectful conduct of the staff decided not to give them my business. This staff needs training in sales and customer service.

Friendly and knowledgeable staffs! I had a great shopping experience at this store location. The sales staff, GiGi and Eden, were very willing to help and friendly to explain and show me the feature of the PacSafe pack I was getting. They helped me find the best model for my upcoming trip and re-adjusted the pack for me to try on. They also went the extra mile to load my bag and make sure it is comfortable for use on shoulder. I appreciate their professionalism and customer service. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for quality luggage.
