Colin has done a great job on my project. I can tell he cares about the job and put his heart to do what best for the customers. I hired him power wash and seal my aggregated and patterned concrete all around my house. Also, clean the dirt on the foyer stones caused by weather. As he works on the job, he notices that some cracks need to be patched and more dirt on the other side that also should be cleaned. Those items were not part of the original quote. He discussed those items with me and agreed to just take care of those without additional charge. To me, this is good customer service and you will earn my return business. My wife was so happy to see the dirt were all gone. Colin, well done on my job! Well deserved for my additional tip! I have no hesitation to recommend Colin to anyone!
