Marco is a a very professional massage therapist. He helped me reduce my neck and lower back pain with his skilled techniques. He is very friendly and nice. Highly recommend Marco if you are looking for a massage therapist.

I found the place is not easy to find within Pacific Plaza. Once in the clinic I recommend to see Hanelore. She is absolutely the best therapist I've seen in my life. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Her treatment approach is so different but gives results.

The clinic staff are all very kind. Jacky is very professional, personable, and strong. He's attentive to my issues each visit and will put a lot of effort into relieving my problem areas. For ladies who are hesitant to book with a male RMT, Jacky is very careful to ask for permission before proceeding and takes measures to ensure you feel comfortable. For example, I told him that I feel more comfortable when dark linens are used instead of white, which can sometimes be see-through; Now the whole clinic only uses dark linens. 10/10!

Hanelore Agalou is the best massage therapist I have come across in the last 40 years. Her skill level and sensitivity are incredible and she is very professional and personable. If you want a great therapeutic massage, Hanelore is my recommendation.

My experience in this clinic with Hanelore was wonderful. Not only she reliefs the pain I suffered from, she answers my questions patiently and provides me with exercises to practice to mitigate my pain. She is definitely the best RMT as she is kind and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.

I have a similar experience like Brendan Gaulin (1 Star review). Coming clean this is my second email as I do not wish to be bothered by the manager reaching out to me without my consent (AGAIN).The clinic is decent and staff were great, specially the receptionist Irene, for able to speak my parent's language (Cantonese). My parent thought the experience was overall decent so i gave an average review (3 stars which has been taken off due to following reason). I was then reached out by calls and voicemail completely unrelated to the treatment the parent received. I didn't expecting leaving a review will be harassed by calls and be borderline BRIBED to give a 5 stars review. Not the way to do business.I also noticed that every time there is a negative review.. spontaneously there will be couple of 5 stars reviews popping up to wash off the negative comments. It shows how much control they have with these reviews""

I had great experience here with Elana! She's very patient, caring and responsive to my needs. Most importantly, my pain/numbness on the hand/arm/shoulder was much more relieved after massaging by Elana. She is able to combine traditional Chinese medicine and massage which is super valuable.The receptionist is kind, welcoming and efficient. ClinicTherapy is definitely my go-to place for massage therapy!

I have had multiple sessions with Mia Hancock and she really helped solve my back issues; Mia is very professional and provided amazing deep-tissue sessions. Clinic has a decent set up and pleasant receptionist, highly recommended.

Marco Mezzacapo was impressive with respect to applying the right pressure and spending ample time to work on problem areas. Nice, clean facility with professionally and friendly staff. Been going to Marco for a few months now, I would highly recommend. At the beginning of each session Marco personalizes each massage based on my current needs. He is very knowledgeable in both massage and stretches which has helped tremendously with my sports injuries.
