Very poor customer service ,i had a gravel truck towed by them as the truck had some transmission issues so i told dispatch to telll thier guys to lift the truck from back so it wont turn the driveline and adviced them to take to the local mechanic shop,when the prime towing truck showed up at the mechanic shop ,he had my truck lifted from front and didn't even unhooked the driveline. when he put the truck down we looked at the transmisssion and it had a big whole in the hausing, called tow truck owner about it and he promised to pay for the core but after a while ,he stpoped answring the calls and replying with massages that he cannot pay because he had to do an engine on his truck. like REALLY?and then he start telling guys that i am trying to get a transmission out of him. Wow..he couldn't even stand behind his own company and his own employess. never used him again .i used FLNN's towin ,jay is really great to deal with and never over charged the hours.stay away from these kind of peoples and company.Give the buissness to other peoples who deserve and have great customer service

I broke down in my 85' Chevy Motorhome on Highway 43 in the middle of Grande Prarie town. Not a good place to be at lunch time....The lady from Prime Towing - I think her name is Nicole - happened to see me. To better inform traffic she pulled up behind my vehicle with warning lights and waited until someone from AMA assistance (which I already ordered) was there. I was very happy that she helped. Because there was actually a rear end collision between two other vehicles behind us.She was super friendly and it was great service! 100% Recommended!

Phoned ahead to arrange a tow within the city. I was told they don't book tows in advance, so I phoned the day of to arrange. Called at 6am and was told that someone would phone me back, and that didn't happen. Phoned again later that morning from work and asked to have a tow truck at my house at 4pm. I asked for a deck truck as my vehicle has very low clearance. Tow truck showed up at about 4:30, which was cutting it close as the shop I was sending the car to was closed at 5. No deck truck like I requested, and the tow ended up costing over $200 for a tow not even halfway across town. To top it off, payment offered a tip option starting at 18% (don't you love those) , and yeah... the vehicle is hooked up ready to go, so you're gonna tip. On the bright side, the car showed up safe and sound. The tow truck driver was really nice and really worked hard to get the car hooked up in time and everything worked out, just with a few hiccups.

On a horribly busy day like today, got told 2hrs the driver was there smile on, in 20 mins super fast I will be recommending you from now on thank you so very much great service

I broke down outside of Grand praire. Called for a tow, service was fast and professional. Courtesy and care to my truck was excellent. Highly recommend this company if you are in need of a tow.

Their drivers are phenomenal and helpfull. You need a tow or Seacan/shed moved? Call them, you won't be disappointed.

Was driving my vehicle out of the lot but had a flat tire. Employee stopped me and filled and topped all my tires and added windshield washer fluid. Very friendly and helpful guys in the shop.

Kind of a late review since I don’t know how to work this app lol! 5/5 stars for the blondie who came out to north imperial rd and rescued me! Professionalism is stellar, she’s very comedic, very kind, and knows how to be a customer service representative for the company!
