Loomis, Canpar and DHL

Ordered parts for a machine breakdown and requested Canpar. The Belleville delivery driver didn't attempt to deliver the parts and claimed the road was closed. Consiering the high traffic and transports in and out of this area that I can watch from my office window, I'm disgusted the driver would not bother and would lie about why they didn't deliver.

Was the slowest shipment I have ever encountered. Absolutely Terrible.

Avoid using this delivery service if possible. I have paid duty fees and requested my package to be dropped off three times. Twice online and once over the phone with customer service. All three times I have received confirmation this will be done but but I STILL haven’t received my package. It’s been over a week since it was supposed to be delivered. Not to mention the ‘attempt’ they made didn’t even happen! Nobody buzzed my door (the notification goes to my phone) to let me know they were at my residence.Their hours are too short to even go and pick it up myself as I work the very few hours that they are even open. Very unhappy with this experience and I will never be using them again and obviously making a point to inform others not to.I make a point to mostly leave positive reviews on Google but this is certainly an exception.

I would never purposely choose Canpar, but I've shopped with online businesses that use them to deliver, so I didn't have a choice. Every single time I've had to deal with them, they claim they attempted a delivery when they absolutely did not. One time they even delivered to a completely wrong address and said I'd signed for it but they had simply dumped my parcel in the lobby of an apartment building. I've heard the same from countless people, so I'll never understand how they're still in business.

They didnot even made delivery attempt and I got a message could not complete delivery attempt . This place is spoiling Dhl brand name

I’m not sure how to ban this service.. just a worst service.. it’s been a week they are not ready to deliver my package.. I tried to pick up.,. But the timing is worst..

CANPAR carriers try once a day everyday it seems and thats really annoying. They show up at my store, see we are closed, then never come back, ensuring that product we need to stay afloat doesn't arrive on time.Worst delivery service around

I own a store that makes regular orders weekly and have product that is heat sensitive. Canpar constantly lets the product sit in there warehouse and don't deliver at all! When we call to find out where it is they let us know it's just sitting there and now have to pick up our orders. Even worse is when they deliver" our product to the building next door and not let anyone know where our product is and that it's been sitting in the sun melting...Thanks for being the worse delivery company period"

Way to go Canpar… from your reviews, your sure pleasing your customers. I would walk my package to its destination before I’d give it to you to deliver!

Package sent on Thursday...arrival Friday.....been sitting at Belleville Depot since Friday....four days...Tuesday brand new day ....no delivery from the depot or driver.....I live half a km from depot....what gives here....do I have to come and get it....
