I recently visited Popeyes and was blown away by the amazing food and service. The chicken was hot, crispy and seasoned to perfection. But what really made my experience special was the outstanding service by Abbas, the friendly cashier who greeted me with a smile and took my order with great attention to detail. He made sure that everything was just the way I wanted it, and even suggested some items to try. Overall, I had a fantastic time at Popeyes and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves tasty fried chicken and top-notch customer service.

Me and my 4 friends visited this popeyes on last sunday night, and ordered the 16 chicken combo and costs arround 50 - 60 dollars. the chicken tasted bland and old. felt like the chicken was kept frozen for years. the meet was black in colour, this was such a disappointment for us. we chose popeyes over dominos that day, and we regret that decision.

Consistently great food and the customer service is excellent. I come here almost weekly and Misha is an exemplary manager who works hard and makes sure the customers are satisfied. You seldom see a manager that actually works hard, provides excellent service, and guides the team to uphold a high standard; so kudos to her. I’ve also had great service from Harpreet and Mouly. I come back for the excellent service as much as I do for the food.The only constructive feedback I have (that I hope is addressed swiftly) is that the ventilation system needs to be updated. There is consistently a grease cloud in the air where we sit, and I can’t imagine how bad it is for the cooks/staff. This really should be improved throughout the restaurant.

I ordered on the Popeyes app for the Winston Churchill location, and the app sent my order to this Heartland location. I am very angry this happened as this is significantly farther away from me. This location is bribing the app to produce technical errors to receive more orders. This is a terrible customer experience and is not right.1st Order, 14May23: Now reviewing the food,I had the 12 piece chicken, with medium fries, with butterfly, shrimp, with popcorn, shrimp. I like the popcorn, shrimp way more than the butterfly shrimp. In the future, I’m only gonna order one shrimp - and get the popcorn, shrimp, because I like the explosive flavour of the popcorn shrimp. The butterfly shrimp is just mediocre. It’s just fried shrimp, nothing special. Not worth the price. And in terms of the dipping sauces, I like the blackened ranch way more than the regular ranch. The blackened ranch is way more complex in flavor. Meanwhile, the regular ranch is very basic and not that great.When in terms of chicken quantity, in the future, I am totally fine with ordering 10 pieces of chicken, with one popcorn, shrimp, and medium fries. I do not need 12 pieces of chicken, I had two pieces of chicken left over for my family of three. Also, the chicken pieces have gotten smaller. Please fix the supplier issue. If I had to quantify this, I would say the chicken has gotten 20% smaller. This is not right.

Sorry for the bad review but my visit to this location was very disappointing. None of the veggies were fresh, soggy tomatoes, blackened lettuce, sauce everywhere, dried and cold chicken. I know you guys can do it better.

I was a bit hesitant with going back to Popeyes because of my last experience but yesterday’s service has me feeling otherwise! One of the staff, Sehrish, served us last night. We had requested for fresh food and our table to be sanitized. Sehrish ensured that our order was made to perfection and personally came to wipe our area down for my family. She was a delight! Thank you for making our experience better, we will definitely be visiting soon again!!

I tried Popeyes and was impressed by the quality of the fried chicken.the service was amazing throughout, Abbas was friendly and efficient and took my order and really went out of his way to make sure my order was correct and that I was happy with my meal. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of seating available. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend.

Food is good, and the service is alright, but I would like to add a suggestion for the staff working at the front and handling orders, please wear gloves. You can not take the cash register, touch other peoples money and with out washing hands or wearing any gloves turn around and touch peoples food boxes, opening them to check with bare hands that hasn’t been washed and carries the germs from the cash that you just handled. If you guys do not have a station to wash hands it’s better to wear gloves and change them in between.
