All my stuff got stolen and they did nothing to help.

we rented an apartment in this place for three months through AirBnb, and our experience was pretty disappointing. The only good thing about this place is its strategic location. Everything else has been quite negative, especially for the price of the units (above 2k per month).They claim to have brand new furniture, but the reality is that the furniture has been intensively used and even shows cracks (special mention for the desk, which was in really bad shape). Our place looks much better in the posted pictures than in reality.The carpet in the hall stairs smells pretty bad. There are not instructions for anything. You need to learn by yourself where things are and how to use the appliances. The remote controls for tv and cable barely work. Walls are very thin and you can hear all what your neighbors say. The dishwasher on/off button does not work, so if you leave the door open (to release the steam, for example) it does not stop beeping.In our first weekend we found an spider and several silverfish. There is a mouse trap in a kitchen cabinet!. The day we arrived the provided dishes were wet/dirty, so we had to wash them. The fan above the stove was pretty dirty too.When we booked through Airbnb the description of the place clearly indicated that the parking was included. Next day they contacted us to tell us that there was an error on the description because recently they updated their policies and they forgot to update the description on the website. Who can trust people who modified the terms of an agreement when the place has already been booked? We declined to pay for the lot and they said that we could cancel the reservation. At the end they wrote us one day before our arrival to let us know that we could park there for free because there was some construction happening at the building.
