Very very bad experience took 6 hours for delivery and another 2 hours to give paperwork back worst experience ever and i miss my load due to these people on Friday… never come here bad company..0 star ⭐️

Absolutely the worst place to deliver in Montreal. No regard for appointment times. If you have a 6:30am appointment you might as well show up at 11am, and they might have a dock ready for you. Once you finally get to the dock expect a long wait. Never see any owner operators deliver here, because they know better. I'd rather stay home and lose a days pay than deliver to this place. Massive waste of time. Id give them 0 stars out of 5 if I could.

Very very bad delivery system, the delivery guys dropped the boxes entrance door and they don’t want to put the things in the cooler , even they continue like this delivery system we discontinue the orders.

Worst company! I won’t order from them again after my first order! Zero after sales services, I got a box of broken waffle cones and ask for a replacement, the representative always said she will send another colleague to exchange for me, after one and a half year, no response!! She only replies me when I make an order, and she just ignores my message when I ask for a service! Waste of my time and money! I would have give 0/5 star if I can.

One of the worst place to deal with. they have no place for parking. You have to call before entering the warehouse which they will never answer.. Very rude and arrogant Receiver….

I have been ordering from them for a couple of months now. I can safely say it is by far the worst goods company i have ever worked with.Delays upon delays with my orders. Can never get what i asked for on time (even though my order has gone through a week in advanced, and have been assured the delivery). I understand we are in a pandemic and there is a shortage of staff, but customer service is absolutely inexistant. Nobody informs you of delays (i once waited over one week for a delivery!) Very disappointed with my whole experience.

Without a doubt, this is absolutely the worst supplier I have ever dealt with. I am needing to file court proceedings against them to get a refund of 106$ for a returned order. I have spent the last four months attempting to get the refund from every person imaginable and excuses abounding. Disgusting! As a small business owner, it's hard enough, now I have to fight to get money that is rightly mine. DO NOT TO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

these people always like this you guys make appointment for not wasting the time but you guys never take your delivery on appointmentbecause of you guys our all deliveries late because of you guys our reputation is bad in industry full bad service worst people ever in my life

What a useless bunch. 3.5 hours to get unloaded. 3.5 hours just sitting in the truck waiting. Took an hour to start unloading, 15 minutes to fully unload, another 2 hours to be able to leave.What they do you might ask? They play with your deliveries.Lets take 2 boxes amd put them in this pallet, oh wait, i dont like that pallet, lets put 3 on this one, oh, no, lets just make a whole new pallet, im gonna drag my feet and be extremely slow because i hate my job and my life so I'll make the truckers wait hours and hours.They have 0 respect or care in the world for non-company deliveries.I've seen them stop unloading my trucks to go unload one of theres that just showed up only to come back to mine an hour later.Horrible horrible place. Hope that your wage is hourly, if its by the load, never EVER set foot at sysco.Telling them about it doesnt change anything.
